Clinic Policy

1.

Punctuality

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Delays of up to 15 minutes are acceptable, but after this time, the treatment may be refused, and a deposit will be collected.

2.

Deposit and Reservation

To book an appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required, serving as a reservation guarantee. The deposit will be used as part of the payment for the service on the day of the treatment. Changing the appointment date is possible with prior notification to our salon 48 hours before the scheduled time. If the notification is shorter than 48 hours or if the treatment is refused due to a delay exceeding 15 minutes, the deposit will be forfeited.

3.

Solo clients

For the comfort and privacy of our clients, we kindly ask that appointments be attended individually, without accompanying persons.

4.

No Smoking

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not allowed on the salon premises.

5.

Consultation and Hygiene

We recommend scheduling consultations before new treatments. All clients must adhere to hygiene rules and follow the staff's instructions before and after the treatment.

6.
